A machine interface is another way in, for load as well as for attack, and the service itself comes first. Nothing below is live: no keys are issued and no endpoint answers.
When it exists
Same terms, same rates, same deadlines as the web form — no separate terms for integrators. The shape on the right is what it will cover, written down now so it can be argued with before it is built.

Two things are settled already. There is no memo or destination-tag field anywhere: each order gets its own deposit addresses and matching is by address. And /policy will need no key, so the terms can be read and compared without asking anyone for access.
