Find your order

Type the identifier ostbro gave you when the order was created. It is on the deposit page and in the URL you were sent to.

Ten characters, three groups, case does not matter. There is nothing else to enter: no email, no password, no amount. The identifier is the whole key, which is also why anyone holding it can read the order. It travels in the URL, so it lands in browser history and in your clipboard: do not leave it on a shared machine, and clear the history if you used one.
If you have lost the identifier too
ostbro cannot look an order up by deposit address, amount or date, and will not ask you for identity documents to try. A deposit that arrives against an order still on file is paid out or refunded on its own. Write over PGP with the deposit transaction and ostbro will tell you what state that order is in, and nothing more.

After the payout the record is deleted and the identifier stops resolving. Save what you need before then.
Opening this page over the onion address avoids telling anyone which order you are reading. The identifier travels in the URL either way.
Open a ticket One field. Put the order identifier in the message if you have it. No address of yours is needed.
