What has gone wrong
Newest first. Closed entries are never removed.
Every entry says the date, what broke, who it touched, and what was done about it. There are no apologies here and no explanations of internal causes — neither of those tells you whether your order is safe.

RESOLVED · 20 MINUTES
The site was unreachable for about twenty minutes. Requests returned a gateway timeout. No order was lost, no deposit was missed, and no payout was delayed — the engine itself never stopped and the database was untouched.
The cause was outside ostbro: the hosting machine stopped receiving processor time from the hypervisor it shares. The kernel logged that its own scheduler was starved. Every ostbro service was running the whole time, with zero restarts and normal memory; the machine under them froze.
Anyone mid-order during those minutes could not open their order page. Deadlines are counted from the moment an address is issued, so a deposit that arrived late because of this would have been refunded under the usual rule.
What changed after: an outside check now runs against the site from a separate machine, because nothing inside the server could have noticed this — from its own point of view everything was healthy.
