What is agreed

Four things ostbro will do, one thing it will never do, and the list of what cannot be undone once coins have left your wallet. Nothing else is hiding anywhere.
THE ONE THAT MATTERS
ostbro never requires identity documents.
Not to start an order. Not to receive a payout. Not to obtain a refund. Not in a dispute. There is no condition, threshold, amount or circumstance under which they are asked for.
There is no account, so there is nothing to verify. No email, no name, no phone number, at any point.
Deposits are not screened. Where your coins came from is not checked, not scored against any list, and does not affect whether an order completes.
No order is frozen, held or delayed pending review. There is no review.
This is a term, not a policy that can change quietly. The terms of each individual order are signed with the ostbro key, and you can keep that signature.
What ostbro does
Issues a deposit address that belongs to your order alone, and never reuses it.
Draws a rate at the moment that address is issued, prints it there, and does not move it.
Sends the payout to the address you gave, once the required confirmations are in.
Returns the coins to your refund address when an order cannot be completed.
What cannot be undone
Coins sent to an address other than the one issued are gone.
Coins sent on a network other than the one named are gone.
Coins arriving after the deadline go back to the refund address, less the network fee.
A payout sent to the address you typed cannot be recalled, even when the address was wrong.
None of this can be fixed by asking, and it is not a choice ostbro made. Read both addresses through once before you continue — that reading is the only check there is.
What is not promised
A completion time. Estimates are estimates, and both chains have their own opinion.
Availability. A route can run out of addresses or be paused. You see that before you send, not after.
That a swap is private. A swap between two transparent coins stays public on both chains, and no wording here changes that.
Who can use it
No jurisdiction is checked, because nothing about you is collected. What is legal where you are is yours to know.
