Eight things you can switch on
They are independent. There is no ladder to climb and no package deal, and none of them is switched on for you.
Separation protects you from chain analysis. The one link it cannot break is ostbro's: ostbro knows which deposit became which payout.
That record is deleted seven days after the payout, and it is all ostbro keeps — no account, no email, no name.
A delay keeps your money under ostbro's control for the whole window — the longer the window, the longer that lasts.
If you later spend the parts together in one transaction, you link them yourself. Decide whether you can avoid that before you turn splitting on.
On the order screen
The order screen shows the ones that apply to your pair.
Not offered
A settable execution delay. The mechanism exists but ostbro sets it, randomly: a user-chosen value produces round numbers, and round numbers are a pattern where entropy is the point.
When a switch is greyed out
The reason is written next to it. It is usually the ostbro payout balance on the coin and network you picked: below a threshold ostbro cannot send to several addresses or in several parts. This is read live, not baked into the page.
Delayed payout
+0.15% · 20 min – 12 h
Closes
The match between when you paid in and when the payout appeared.
Does not close
The amount. It also costs more because ostbro holds the funds for longer.
Split payout
+0.25% · +1 network fee per part
Closes
The amount, and the timing with it: unequal parts spread over the window.
Does not close
Parts landing on one address. To whoever reads that address they are one cluster.
Odd payout amount
no fee · min 0.2 XMR
Closes
Matching by value. The rate lands on a figure like 88.3721 XMR, and a number that exact is a fingerprint that survives any delay.
Does not close
The link if the amount you deposited is itself unusual. You pay the rounding remainder, or one extra network fee.
Deposit range
+0.2% · ±2%
The deposit screen then shows a range instead of one amount. The fee stays an exact percentage; the payout moves with what you actually send.
Closes
Payments that all look alike. With an exact amount every ostbro deposit has the same shape, and the shape says the service was used.
Does not close
The fact that you sent to an ostbro address. The address is on the chain either way.
Payout addresses
+0.3% · up to 5
Closes
Parts arriving at one address of yours and forming a single cluster.
Does not close
Anything, if you later spend from those addresses together.
Deposit addresses
no fee · 2–4
Closes
Your own sources meeting at one point. You pay in from several places, to several ostbro addresses.
Does not close
Anything on the payout side, and nothing at all if you fund them all from one wallet. You also pay one network fee per deposit.
Separate source
+0.45% · may add a delay
What this is not
This does not change the history of any coin and makes no promise about how an exchange will treat what you receive. What breaks is the link between customers, nothing else.
Closes
Being clustered with other ostbro customers: the payout does not come out of the common pool.
Does not close
Nothing at all towards ostbro. ostbro knows the whole order either way.
Forget immediately
no fee
Support becomes impossible
Once the record is gone the order cannot be found or looked into by anyone, ostbro included. This is the heaviest price of the eight.
Closes
The seven-day window shrinks to nothing. The record goes when the payout goes.
Does not close
That ostbro knew the link while the order was running.
