Getting in touch
Two ways in, both read by a person. There is no chat widget.
First: a ticket on the order
Open a ticket
The button sits on the order page and on Track. The ticket is attached to the order identifier, so nothing has to be typed twice and no address of yours is needed. Replies appear on the same page.
Second: SimpleX
Open the contact link
https://smp12.simplex.im/a#suLOfwMsK9Q5tagqU44lWqybLiEqKuMrThws7Fx4qQA
For questions with no order behind them, or when the identifier is gone. SimpleX needs no address of yours and no account — which is why it replaced mail here. Scan the code or open the link.
Answer time
Answered in the order they arrive
No number is promised here, because a number would be broken on the day it matters. An order past its deadline is refunded on its own — that needs no message at all.

The same key is served from the canonical address and from the onion address. Compare the fingerprint across both before you trust it.
What to send about an order
The order identifier, and the deposit transaction if there is one. That is enough for ostbro to tell you what state the order is in. If the identifier is gone, send the deposit transaction alone.
What ostbro will not ask for
Your email
Your name
Documents
A selfie
Where the coins came from
A message signed as ostbro that asks for any of these is not from ostbro. ostbro never writes first.
